In order to aid expansion within the business and build upon a successful year, Orpheus are recruiting for a Sales Development Executive to drive further revenue for the business. The individual will work to generate new opportunities and build new relationships.
There will be significant opportunities for career progression following positive activity and meeting necessary quota.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively reach out to enterprise and mid-market companies via social selling, email and phone to identify sales opportunities
- Develop prospecting strategies together with the Head of Sales to target enterprise or mid-market companies in specific verticals
- Collaborate with the sales function on the lead qualification process, quality and quantity of identified opportunities
- Become a Orpheus value proposition expert and understand how to meet prospects’ needs and ultimately helping them limit
- Meet and exceed monthly quota of sales accepted opportunities
What you’ll bring along:
- You are a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and adapts quickly to change.
- You already have 1-2 years’ work experience in business development or sales in a cybersecurity vendor or reseller.
- Selling cyber security SaaS or API feeds would be desirable but not necessarily a pre-requisite.
- You enjoy talking to people, are naturally curious and are eager to learn new things
- You are passionate about cybersecurity, technology and helping our customers become more secure
