The role includes:
- Working with existing clients to embed relationships of trust
- Identifying and developing relationships with new prospective clients
- Discovering new opportunities and seeing them through to the end of the sales cycle
- Working with senior team members to fine tune the strategy and execute the plan, providing regular updates on progress
- Previous experience in business development and sales of approximately 2 years or more
- The ability to succeed in the various aspects of the sales cycle; including identifying opportunities, establishing relationships, providing qualified leads and closing sales
- An engaging personality with enthusiasm and energy
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
