Account Manager

Client success, growth and retention in cybersecurity.

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow relationships across an existing client portfolio. This commercial role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them realise value from the Orpheus platform and services while identifying opportunities for expansion, retention and long-term partnership.

You’ll work closely with clients to drive adoption, own renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure they continue to see clear value from their relationship with Orpheus. The role also plays an important part in representing the voice of the customer internally, helping to strengthen client outcomes across the wider business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded person with two or more years of experience in SaaS or B2B cybersecurity to join an accredited UK-based cybersecurity company with global reach.
